About Kirya
Kirya J. Duncan is the Principal Building Designer and founder of Design Evolutions Inc., GA. He pursued his studies in Architectural Engineering at the University of Southern Mississippi and hails from Natchez, Mississippi.
Beginning his career as a professional building designer in 1995, Kirya worked at two leading metro Atlanta residential design companies over the course of four years. During his tenure at these companies, he managed the production of house plans for home builders and assisted with custom home design services for private clients that included professional sports athletes, professional music artist-entertainers, and Fortune 500 company executives. That experience helped Kirya hone his skills and embark on a path that inspired the creation of Design Evolutions Inc., GA in 1999.
Kirya is a former Army reservist and a past member of the American Institute of Building Design. When he is not working on a custom home or developing new house designs, he is actively involved in his local community. He is an avid basketball fan and a high school freshman basketball coach. In addition, he trains kids from elementary school, middle school, and high school in the sport of basketball. Kirya is also a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity incorporated.
